Freedom, Excitement and Environment
The best job place for a fresher will be a startup, since it offers almost the same environment as a college. Where you are always welcomed when you have an innovative idea, where you are not restricted to corporate rules especially with a dress code, where you can enjoy working and learn more about the business. In a big company you will not get the freedom to be normal with your boss or be lenient with the time schedule or to hang out with the people whom you work with more often. But startups have vibes of sheer excitement. Thus work load will not be a big deal when you have a chilled out environment.
