Indian Institute of Management, Sambalpur, has invited the aspiring startups and entrepreneurs to join their newly launched ‘Incubator & Accelerator Programme’ (2024-25). The program of this event was arranged to serve as a launchpad for promising early-stage startups, ventures, and change-makers who are focused on addressing significant societal challenges while achieving financial sustainability.

Also, the programme wants to uplift the spirit of the young early-stage startups so that, they can contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future. 

The interested candidates can take part in the programme by submitting their applications before the deadline on May 30, 2024. After the successful submission, shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to present their projects between June 1 and June 14, 2024. The final selection of ventures will be announced on June 15, 2024.

Particiants will be provided with all the amenities like co-working spaces, funding opportunities, industry connections, and potential investment leads. The I-Hub Foundation has a 10,000-square-foot facility with dedicated workspaces and a diverse programme portfolio catering to various stages of a startup's journey. The incubator program will also provide virtual incubation options and specialized programs like the Drone Centre of Excellence and the Crafts & Arts Incubator.

The Incubator & Accelerator Programme empowers these startups with the crucial tools and support to achieve success and make a lasting contribution. The I-Hub Foundation's thrust areas encompass a diverse range of sectors including Textile, Agriculture, Defense, Disaster Management, Women & Inclusive Entrepreneurship, Arts & Tribal Entrepreneurship, Financial and Digital Inclusivity, as well as the Social Entrepreneurship. With a keen focus on these key domains, the foundation aims to foster innovation and sustainable development." 

Prof. Jaiswal further informed, “I-Hub Foundation boasts an extensive network of industry, academic, value chain stakeholders and has signed multiple MoUs, enabling it to provide comprehensive support to startups.”
