GetVantage Launches Rs 250 Crore SaaS Accelerator Fund II for B2B SaaS Growth
GetVantage, a leading fintech platform in India, has introduced SaaS Accelerator Fund II, a fund worth Rs 250 crore. This fund expands on the earlier SaaS Accelerator Fund I, initiated in 2022 with an initial corpus of around Rs 65 crore. The primary objective of this initiative is to offer significant assistance to B2B SaaS enterprises aspiring for growth without the need to dilute equity.
Powered by GetVantage’s licensed NBFC, GetGrowth Capital, in collaboration with Varanium’s Debt Fund (SEBI approved) and other prominent NBFCs and AIF funds, the SaaS Accelerator Fund II has shifted its focus to the B2B SaaS sector over the past 18 months. With the successful deployment of the initial Rs 65 crore, GetVantage is expanding its commitment by allocating nearly four times that amount for the follow-on fund, driven by the considerable interest from numerous SaaS founders in the past year.
The SaaS Accelerator Fund II aims to deploy Rs 250 crore over the next 12-18 months, offering swift, equitable, and non-dilutive capital to accelerate the growth of SaaS businesses. GetVantage has been a preferred funding partner for SaaS founders, showcasing its commitment even during challenging periods, such as the Silicon Valley Bank crisis last year, with the introduction of its innovative SaaS Runway Capital product in 2022.
