Deloitte has unveiled its global generative AI market incubator, aiming to foster innovation in generative artificial intelligence (AI) and provide services to both Indian and global enterprises. Leveraging the expertise of its professionals in AI, machine learning (ML), and emerging technologies, the incubator will employ a multi-disciplinary approach to accelerate projects, enhance time-to-market, and create immediate value for critical initiatives.
Deloitte’s collaboration with clients will focus on integrating generative AI into their operations across various sectors, such as drug discovery, customer experience, content generation, and personal avatars. The launch of this initiative aligns with the Indian government’s goal of nurturing tech talent and AI-driven opportunities. Nitin Mittal, Global Consulting Emerging Markets Leader at Deloitte, stated, “Our focus is to harness generative AI’s disruptive potential in partnership with our key alliances by leveraging our targeted industry solutions that help clients realize sustainable business outcomes and achieve real transformations.”
The incubator initiative also offers CIOs and CDOs a valuable opportunity to guide their businesses through transformative challenges. Sathish Gopalaiah, President of Consulting at Deloitte India, emphasized that the program aims to resolve industry-specific cases by collaborating with alliance partners to create effective strategies. Deloitte’s partnerships with technology companies like Nvidia, Google, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, and OpenAI, along with the launch of its Gen AI practice, demonstrate its commitment to exploring various use cases to leverage generative AI.
The move to establish the incubator follows similar steps taken by other consulting firms, such as PwC, EY, Bain and Company, and Accenture, all of which have made substantial investments in AI technologies in recent months.
