As part of the transformation strategy, Accenture will assist Bira 91 in designing and implementing a digital core using SAP S/4HANA. This digital core will leverage data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to integrate disparate technology platforms, enabling better decision-making, increased productivity, and improved accessibility and visibility of data throughout the organization. The collaboration also involves redesigning the master data management system to establish a single, integrated data model across business processes and applications. By leveraging intelligent search and analytics capabilities, Bira 91 aims to unlock the full value of its enterprise data and streamline operations, automation, asset utilization, and cash flows.
