Waste Ventures'
The Delhi based company Waste ventures’ India Pvt Ltd. is an international social enterprise which has an aim of creating sustainable solid waste management systems in tier 2 and tier 3 cities across India. The venture was founded by Parag Gupta; a serial social entrepreneur in 2011 The Company is based out of New Delhi.
He was drawn to the urgency and impact of solid waste management. He then ended up creating a blueprint for commercially viable developing world solid waste management. The company aim to provide a cleaner environment for people to live in and at the same time improve the standard of living of the rag pickers in India.
