After gaining a prominent experience in machine learning and computer vision, Navneet Sharma, Debashish Pattnaik, Vivek Gandhi founded Snapshopr in 2014, which specializes in image recognition and visual search. With an aim to solve discovery and search related problems, Snapshopr has also provided a visual technology platform as a SaaS solution for their retailer customers. The company’s first product is a mobile app SnapShopr which helps customers to do mobile fashion shopping from just a photo. Snapshopr has increased angel funding from investors like Amod Malviya (CTO of Flipkart), Saran Chatterjee (CEO of Housejoy), and Apurva Dalal (CTO of Urban Ladder) for building its AI platform for online retailers.
