This food delivery start up is an initiative by by ex-Zomato CMO Alok Jain and Abhimanyu Maheshwari in Gurgaon. Alok comments, “We are trying to redefine how and what people eat at offices with quality and convenience being at the top of our agenda.”The Yumist app is now available in Google Play for Android devices. Its soon to arrive in iOS and Windows Phone versions. The delivery chain takes less than 30minutes to get your food.Yumist is now focusing on expanding its production, technology and delivery infrastructure. Presently it has more than 500customers of whom few tend to order on a regular basis.

Thus, this food delivery start up started its journey in 2014 with Manish Jethani as the founder. In Bangalore, their area of services range in Indiranagar, MG Road, HSR Layout, Bellandur, Koramangala and Domlur while dinner in HSR Layout. Their food menu is varied composed of salads, snacks, fruits and sprout. Jethani adds, “We are bringing an alternative to cooking at home.  Restaurant food is not something you can eat or you can afford every day. Our aim is to make healthy and affordable meal accessible to everyone at a click of a button.” He also mentioned that a typical meal from Spoonjoy costs less than 100.
