The company accepts orders through its official website and WhatsApp. Along with partnering with licensed pharmacies, Pluss owns its own delivery team. The benefit of having its own delivery team is that the products are delivered on time and are accurate. Its ‘Pluss Men’ are responsible for completing orders.
The company’s pharmacists verify the uploaded prescriptions for authenticity. Pluss charges a commission from collaborated pharmacies on every order. In addition to medicines, other products that it also provides products like pet care, personal wellness, and Ayurvedic goods. A pathology lab test can also be booked through it.
