India is the world’s fourth largest economy in the world and is considered to be the second worst country when it comes to setting up a business or a startup contract. It nearly takes four years to get an approval from the Indian courts and also takes approximately seven and a half months to get a construction permit. It has bad political conditions and sometimes the economy also breaks down to null. Though India has been ranked 6th in the worst countries list to startup business; UNCTAD predicts it to be one among the top five attractive destinations for international investors.
