The trait to be determined is by being persistent, eager to act, disarm contingencies and to face setbacks. Also sticking to one’s own also has some aberrations as to persisting on a failure strategy and wasting time regretting on them rather making up to it.

In process to correct your aberrations share your views, focus on picture and be alert to your result.

Independent

Working independently rather as a team player, assess which is more productive, if being independent adds up be sure to have faith in yourself, be responsible for you actions and multi task. In case of not being independent, it might well be a setback if wanted to be back as team player and inability to discuss out and rationalize you viewpoint.

So focus as a whole on company standards, form alliances, delegate and don’t be blindly in love to your product.

Knowledge-Seeker

Cast up assets; thrive for knowledge being selective to be productive and be applicative. Gaining knowledge makes you think and talk, so with knowledge you will mouth out ideas thinking them as benchmarks but may be not as a whole view.

Discuss subjects get outside inputs share your strategy and look for acceptance.
