- Users can interact with Meta AI using Bollywood star Deepika Padukone’s voice.
- New Diwali themed photo effects enhance festive fun via the Meta AI app.
Meta has rolled out exciting new features for Ray-Ban Meta glasses users in India, making the smart glasses more interactive and useful. Now, Indian users can perform UPI payments just by looking at a QR code and asking Meta AI to scan and pay up to Rs 1,000. This payment works through a WhatsApp linked bank account, making transactions quick and hands-free.
A standout feature is the addition of Hindi language support in the Meta AI app. Users can set Hindi as their preferred language and give voice commands or ask questions in Hindi, enhancing accessibility and ease of use for many Indians.
Adding a touch of Bollywood, Meta has introduced a Celebrity AI Voice option featuring Deepika Padukone. When using this voice, users get spoken replies to their questions in Padukone’s voice, creating a fun and unique experience. Other assistant voices are still available, but Deepika’s inclusion highlights Meta’s focus on India.
