#6 Honda City:

Honda City is the first subcompact car manufactured by the Japanese manufacturer Honda. This sedan got its initial release in the year 1981. Though featured in 6th position, the Honda City is the most stolen vehicle across the globe- it seems carjackers really like it. The Mumbai police have observed a 23 percent increase with 37 cars being stolen in 2011 as opposed to 30 in 2010.

#5 Toyota Qualis:

It’s time to meet the big guns. At number 5, it’s the first SUV to be featured in the list, the Toyota Qualis. Qualis, developed under one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world- Toyota, was once the most preferred SUV in India. But latest studies suggests that the Qualis is slowly losing its popularity as only 52 cars were being stolen in 2011 while 59 were stolen in 2010, a decline of almost 12 per cent.
