Ferrari 488 GTB Now Set to Run on Indian Roads


Being a two-seater, the 488 GTB when compared to its predecessor is 1.6 inches longer, 0.6 inch wider and identical in height. Joe Lorio for Car and Driver observes that the drag force is 50 percent greater when compared to the predecessor. The new model has an improvised airflow management design, letting air funnel in, through a wide channel at the base of a rear window and through the back of the car above the license plate.

The interior of 488 GTB defines luxury with optical fiber trim, allowing the users to experience the Daytona-style seats; the steering wheel is featured with buttons for lights, wipers and turn signals with an addition of engine start switch.

Unleashing a beast capable to outrun all the cars of its family, Ferrari seeks to upgrade 488 GTB to 488 Spider which is a convertible version of 488 reports Top Gear, also the pricing of 488 GTB expected to be Rs 4 Crore and above.
