Santoor
Santoor finds its native in Jammu and Kashmir. The instrument is tuned to play in `Sufiana Maushiqui’ where it brings together Indian and Persian music through the Kashmir’s Sufi spiritual tradition. Apart from contributing music to the Hindi films, it has also made itself known among international musicians.
Sarangi
The Sarangi that finds its origin from the Gandarbha folk instruments is said to share a resemblance to the human vocals. It rose to fame on the world stage as several modern performers used the Sarangi when playing their compositions.
