Baby Poop Sausages

In 2014, scientists discovered a way to ferment sausages that turns the fatty meat into a health food. Using the bacterial fermentation process, researchers from Spain used the probiotic bacteria taken from 43 stool samples from healthy babies up to six months old to create six batches of fuets. A kind of pork sausages, fuets are made from this process and after successful testing, tasters reported that the flavor was indistinguishable from the normal fuets even though the salt and fat content is a bit low.
