Tech Mahindra, a leading IT services company, has unveiled the Synergy Lounge in collaboration with IBM to accelerate digital transformation for enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). Strategically located at Tech Mahindra's Singapore campus, the Lounge aims to support enterprises in operationalizing and deriving value from next-generation technologies, including AI, Intelligent Automation, Hybrid Cloud, 5G, Edge Computing, and Cybersecurity.
The Synergy Lounge, built on the Hex-I concept comprising six stages - ignite, inspire, ideate, innovate, infuse, and implement, will provide enterprises with a conducive environment to explore and adopt cutting-edge technologies. The Lounge will feature different experience zones focusing on various technologies, enabling enterprises to address complex business challenges, improve customer experiences, reduce operational costs, and enhance workforce efficiency.
Kunal Purohit, Chief Digital Services Officer at Tech Mahindra, emphasized the company's commitment to infusing AI and GenAI into every aspect of businesses responsibly. He highlighted the Synergy Lounge's role as a co-innovation and co-development center, specifically focusing on AI, GenAI, and next-generation technologies, to help customers embrace a digital-first future.
Open to enterprises worldwide, the Synergy Lounge will facilitate joint exploration of solutions, testing prototypes, and proof of value (PoV) initiatives across industries such as communication, media and entertainment, automotive, manufacturing, transportation, banking and financial services, energy and utilities, and healthcare.
Chetan Krishnamurthy, Vice President of Ecosystem and Digital Sales, Asia Pacific, IBM, underscored the significance of the Synergy Lounge in Singapore, building on the success of the Bengaluru counterpart. He highlighted the common vision shared by Tech Mahindra and IBM in leveraging advanced technologies like Watson AI and data platform to solve complex business challenges and drive productivity and competitiveness for clients in APAC.
Moreover, a dedicated team will operate from the Synergy Lounge to enhance synergies between Tech Mahindra and IBM, developing unique solutions based on their strengths to drive technological innovation in the region. The launch of the Synergy Lounge aligns with Tech Mahindra's commitment to transforming enterprises with advanced next-generation offerings and solutions, further solidifying its position as a leader in the digital transformation space in APAC.
