Most Expensive Wines Around the World

5. Romanée Conti

Price - $123,900

Wine Year – 1945

Romanée Conti was produced during WWII, before the outbreak of phylloxera. Only 600 bottles were created which is why it is rare and unique. This rare bottle of wine has fetched a striking amount at the auction and the bidder is a wine collector from U.S, who paid $123,900 for one single bottle. The wine sold for such big price at Christie's fine-wine auction, Geneva, was record breaking.
