Ola boat service was started by them to assist people in highly water-logged areas. The startup also associated with the fire department in the city to drop people to their homes safe and sound.

Zoomcar is also helping people here with its car service. Free pick-ups and drops can be availed by the people to reach to the nearest hospital or medical aid. The request for the same can be made on their twitter handle or by calling on 044-42052772.

Uber
Joining the bandwagon, Uber is also coming forward with help. Victims in Chennai in need of medicines, food and other necessities can call the trucks loaded with the same by using the uberCARE option from their app.
