Career Launcher Educate Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSB Sandiksha to expand education and skill-building opportunities for personnel of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and their families across India. SSB Sandiksha is the welfare and empowerment arm of the SSB under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Under the partnership, SSB personnel and their families will receive a 25 percent fee concession on Career Launcher’s long-term and short-term academic programs. In a major support measure, children and families of SSB Bravehearts who lost their lives in service will be offered a 100 percent fee waiver. The initiative aims to reduce financial pressure and ensure uninterrupted learning, especially for students and women.
The collaboration combines SSB Sandiksha’s grassroots welfare outreach with Career Launcher’s expertise in competitive exam preparation, academic mentoring, and career guidance. Together, they plan to create structured and sustainable learning pathways tailored to the unique challenges faced by SSB families, such as frequent transfers and limited access to consistent education support.
Sujatha Kshirsagar, President and CEO of Career Launcher , said the partnership focuses on guiding learners at every stage, from foundational education to career transitions. She added that the goal is to turn potential into preparedness through consistent academic mentoring and informed career planning.

As part of the MoU, both organizations will work on academic support programs, guided learning modules, career readiness initiatives, skill development for women, and holistic wellbeing support. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to empowering families of India’s security forces through education, skills, and long-term personal growth.
