An Apple Orchard Was His First Workplace
After dropping out of the college and before starting to work at Atari, Jobs worked in an Apple orchard in Oregon to make a living. Back in 2011, Jobs mentioned that he was on “fruitarian diet” when he came up with this name for his company. He believed that apple was a highly nutritional fruit, had a good packaging, which didn’t get spoiled easily. He thought his company couldn’t have better name than Apple.

Jobs Never Thought His Company Making A TV
After much of the speculation, Apple finally came up with a TV.  But, do you know that the late CEO disliked TV and was pretty much against the idea of creating an Apple TV? The book mentions that in late 1990s Jobs had once told Jony Ive, the design head, that he disliked TV and his company would never build a TV again.
