The 2005 Compressed National Gas(CNG) order applied to autos alone. Now, taxis are also added in the CNG crew. Diesel taxis are ordered to convert to CNG by the March31. The court also made mention that only CNG taxis will be allowed within Delhi. Senior advocate Rajiv Nayar representing Uber India in the court said, "It cannot be done overnight. It can be done in a phased manner. I can only say that from today no new diesel taxis would be used."

Delhites are directed certainly not to burn garbage or any kind of waste within the city. Mayor Subhash Arya said, "Garbage and leaves are burnt in colonies, streets and parks which harm environment.” Anyone found guilty to do so, will be strictly punished by law and charged a heavy fine. As per National Green Tribunal(NGT), violators will be fined Rs 5,000 for this offence.
