Odd Even Formula


The Supreme Court also extended support to Kejriwal’s odd and even numbered private vehicles on road in alternate days from January 1, 2016. Referred to as ‘Gas Chamber’ this news incurred much criticism and flake in social media. The court said for the Delhi government, “We have not stopped you from implementing odd-even formula. If you believe this is the way forward, then go ahead and implement.”

NGT Rules for Construction Sites


Alike any other urban civilization, construction sites of Delhi do render a huge amount of dirt and dust. The NGT had set up rules like masks for construction workers and authoritative control on construction waste in the beginning of this year. The Supreme Court sanctioned the NGT suggestions for the construction plots of Delhi.
