Bangalore: Every person’s main target right after education is to get the right kind of job that suits them and provides satisfaction. But, currently many organizations are facing acute shortage of manpower. Recently, ManpowerGroup, a U.S. based company conducted a survey with more than 38,000 employers all over the world. The survey revealed that over 38 percent employers are facing difficulties in finding right talents. According to ManpowerGroup, Most of the employers fail to get the essential manpower mainly because many job seekers lack technical knowledge, work experience and also demands for more pay than the one they are being offered. 1. Japan:

Japan, one of the highly developed nations in Asia is the third largest national economy in the world in terms of nominal GDP, after the United States and China. This country being known as an innovative country has a large industrial capacity, and is home to some of the largest and most technologically advanced producers of motor vehicles, electronics, machine tools, steel, ships, chemical substances, textiles, and processed foods. In spite of massive development in many fields, this country continues to face the problem of labor shortage mainly because of the strange way in which university students search for jobs, the pitiable work environment among regular workforce, and the difficult circumstances faced by non regular workers. As such, Japan has reported the highest shortage where 85 percent employers are not able to find the right employee.
