- Boo Boo Laand to enter India with first venue at Mumbai’s Jio World Plaza by 2026
- Rs 110 crore planned investment over 3 years to expand in 5 major cities
- Mumbai venue to span 12,000 sq. ft., targeting luxury kids’ entertainment segment
Dubai-based luxury kids’ entertainment brand Boo Boo Laand is set to debut in India by 2026, marking its first launch at Mumbai’s high-end Jio World Plaza. Known for its premium indoor play venues for children aged 1 to 8, the brand offers interactive zones and creative workshops designed to foster learning through play.
Salil Malik, Managing Director of Boo Boo Laand, confirmed the deal for Mumbai and revealed plans to expand to New Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh. The brand’s parent company, Imperial One, will invest Rs 110 crore over the next three years to fuel its India expansion. Malik noted that India’s growing consumer base and rising demand for premium family entertainment made it the ideal time for entry.
The Mumbai venue will cover 12,000 sq. ft., strategically positioned within a luxury commercial center. Boo Boo Laand aims to replicate the success of its 25,000 sq.ft venue in the Dubai Mall, which welcomed over 500,000 visitors in its first year. The India venues will maintain the brand's core concept but on a slightly smaller scale, with premium setups and potentially higher entry prices.
