Swati Bhargava: Swati Bhargava, is the co-founder of Cashkaro.com at the age of only 31. According to Swati, her biggest inspiration is her husband Rohan, who is another co-founder of Cashkaro.com. Earlier, she used to work in Goldman Sachs in London. But she always wanted to do something on her own.
The biggest challenges she faced were growing fast, maintaining good unit metrics and hiring good talents, which was a little difficult for a startup. For Swati, confidence is the key skill for the success of your ideas and quickly analyzing the problems proves to be really helpful.
Suruchi Wagh: Suruchi Wagh, 29, is the co-founder of Jombay, a job hiring site which helps job seekers or professionals to take more informed career decisions based on their strengths, weaknesses and interests. She herself faced many challenges while choosing her career. Her biggest challenge was to prove herself as a female entrepreneur, who is as dedicated and skillful as her male counterparts.
