Bangalore: ABeam Consulting (ABeam) and New Delhi based JK Technosoft (JKT) have signed a strategic alliance agreement to provide globally managed services/outsourcing projects, especially in the area of SAP. 

 This alliance will enable both firms to leverage their consulting and delivery capabilities in India and other Asian countries and to provide the benefits to their customers of global sourcing with local experience.

ABeam Consulting and JKT will be treating each other as a preferred partner for their respective markets and cooperating on both pre-sales and project delivery activities.

Both companies  will work together to develop the Alliance’s potential through the expanded use of the each other's consulting experience & resources, infrastructure,  joint go-to-market strategies and joint undertaking of projects, and, as may be separately agreed, knowledge sharing..
