The Best Advices From Successful Entrepreneurs

6) Dilbert creator Scott Adams: Don’t Give Up
Scott Adams is the owner of Dilbert, an American comic strip with a net worth of $ 75 million.  Adams says that the best advice he ever got was before he was a syndicated cartoonist from Jack Cassady and a host of popular T.V. show ‘Funny Business’.
Adam was going through rough times in his career and he wrote to Jack Cassady, and he gave him this advice: “It’s a competitive business, but don’t give up.”
Scott Adams was disheartened and lost all hope after his comics were rejected by ‘The New Yorker’ and ‘Playboy,’ but a letter from Jack Cassady strengthened his will power and he decided to raise his sights.
This time luck finds him and his comics were accepted by a publishing house and according to him it wouldn’t have happened without the best advice anybody ever gave him, which is don’t give up.

He put this advice into practice by paying employees twice the industry average and started helping vendors to earn more money rather than exploiting them like others.
Kip Tindell said, “If you can be mindful of the power of your wake, it adds up to a huge business advantage."
