Sealmatic and HiTech Launch SealTech JV in Abu Dhabi

Sealmatic India Limited (Sealmatic) has successfully secured an Economic License in Abu Dhabi for its joint venture with High Technology FZ-LLC (HiTech), leading to the formation of SealTech Seals Repairs and Maintenance LLC (SealTech LLC). This partnership, with both companies holding an equal 50:50 share, is focused on establishing a cutting-edge service center in the Musaffah Industrial Area of Abu Dhabi, strategically positioned to cater to the increasing demand for mechanical seals in the UAE’s expanding industrial sector.

The newly established SealTech LLC will be outfitted with the latest plant and machinery, ensuring it is equipped to deliver high-quality support and services for mechanical seals. The service center is expected to serve a range of prominent customers, including ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), along with leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as KSB, Sulzer, and Ebara. The center will also support major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, including Saipem, Maire Tecnimont, and Worley, which are involved in large-scale industrial projects across the region.

To ensure smooth operations and exceptional service quality, two experienced personnel from Sealmatic will oversee the day-to-day functions at the SealTech facility. The service center's strategic location in the heart of Musaffah, Abu Dhabi's industrial zone, will allow SealTech LLC to tap into the region’s growing industrial needs, significantly enhancing Sealmatic’s footprint in the UAE’s rapidly developing market for mechanical seals.
