Jody Greenstone Miller is the co-founder, Chairwoman, and Chief Executive Officer of Business Talent Group. The company is pioneering new models to get work done effectively. She was a venture partner with the Seattle-based venture capital firm, Maveron.

She was previously executive vice president and later acting president and COO of the digital television and interactive services partnership of The Walt Disney Company and regional telephone companies, Americast. Payal Kadakia

Payal Kadakia is the CEO and co-founder of ClassPass, a two-year-old start-up that gives customers access to thousands of boutique fitness classes in their area. The Indian origin entrepreneur is also a part of the fortune’s list this year.

The company was started after trying and failing to find a ballet class in New York City that she could attend. The venture has already bagged more than 7 million reservations at various gyms and fitness centers.
