Roshni Nadar Malhotra

Roshni Nadar is the Executive Director and the CEO of HCL Corporation. She is the only child of HCL's founder, Shiv Nadar. Roshni is a trained classical musician, and enjoys traveling and yoga. She is one woman to watch out for. Only in her 30s, she will soon make it to the list of Most Powerful Businesswomen in Asia. Before joining HCL as the CEO, Roshni had been serving as the trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which runs the not-for-profit Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering in Chennai. She had also been involved in brand building across the HCL Group.
