Expansion lifts company’s total Hyderabad footprint to over 2.5 lakh sq ft
Jeh Aerospace has leased 2 lakh sq ft at Horizon Industrial Park in Kothur, Hyderabad, where it is setting up a new advanced aerospace manufacturing unit. With this expansion, the company’s total built-up area in the city now exceeds 250,000 sq ft. The facility, scheduled to be operational in 2026, is expected to be one of the world’s most advanced software-defined aerospace manufacturing plants.
The new unit called Mach 2, is being designed as an AI-powered production hub with autonomous machining, digital twin systems, and closed-loop quality control. The company said the facility will boost its ability to produce high-precision aerospace components at scale and strengthen its technology-driven manufacturing model.
Vishal Sanghavi, Founder & CEO, Jeh Aerospace, said, “This expansion is the foundation of a new manufacturing paradigm”. He added that the upcoming Hyderabad facility is being built as an AI-augmented system that can “think, adapt, and execute with precision”. Sanghavi also noted that Horizon Industrial Park was a natural choice due to its high-quality, reliable, and sustainability-focused infrastructure.
The new plant is located inside Horizon Industrial Park, an IGBC Platinum pre-certified industrial campus spread over 1.3 million sq ft. The Blackstone-backed platform operates 42 industrial and logistics parks across 10 Indian markets, catering to sectors such as manufacturing, e-commerce, aerospace, FMCG, and retail.
