NRI i-Bankers to Invest $5 Million in Recreating Dosas in U.S.


Bangalore: The Indian cuisine which is considered as one of the tasty and spicy cuisines in the world is on the way to take one more innovative step. ‘Dosa’, one of the most loved Indian breakfast dish will be getting recreated in the U.S.

Jawahar Chirimar and Sam Subhramaniam, two former Indian origin i-bankers are planning to recreate dosa in a more delightful way in the U.S.

Jawahar Chiimar, who is the co-founder of IREO, India’s first real estate fund and Sam Subhramaniam, who worked with IREO, came up together once again to give a whole new dimension to the traditional Indian delicacy. Both these i-bankers had already manages to have an extremely successful banking career, managing $1.5 billion (8.5 crore).

Within the last few couple of months, Chirimar and Subramaniam has more than a two decade experience in investment banking as well as in managing firms. Their experience also includes working with some of the glamorous restaurants in the U.S.
