1. Vinita Singhania

She has registered her name in everybody’s mind as the cement business mogul and was the first woman president of the Cement Manufacturers Association from 2009 to 2102. Vinita Singhania took over the family cement business, JK Lakshmi Cement, after the death of her husband, Sripati Singhania, in 1988. With a degree from Delhi's Lady Shriram College, she dived into the business and turned it into company with sales of 2,000 crore and a profit of 175 crore in 2012. Within 5 years of her dedication towards the company, its turnover increased to 450 crore from 100 crore. Vinita enjoyed a paycheck of around 8.17 crore and was appointed the Patron of the Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2012.
