Marc D. Hamburg has served as Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway since 1992 and is also the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He serves as the member of Board for many companies like MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, The Lubrizol Corporation and Burlington Northern Santa Fe. His compensation in Berkshire Hathaway as of 2012 was around $1.04 million which is about $0.61 million more than the company’s CEO Warren Buffet who earned around $0.42 million for the same year.
