Manish Sharma says that Rajan was an exceptionally brilliant leader, his excellent way of strategizing the projects and implementing them was a great guiding factor. 

As Manish was from a technical back ground, he was responsible for handling marketing department at Haier.

Once there was a situation where Kerala branch manager had to go on medical emergency and during that phase the company chose Manish to handle the responsibility. Through this, he got a better understanding about sales and communication and day to day challenges sales executives faced.
