Apple Wrests 93 Percent Market Share

BANGALORE: Apple is probably the only one in the race as its making the most out of smartphones. According to Canaccord Genuity, analyst Michael Walkley states that Apple has received a record breaking 93 percent  of the company’s profits. Thereby making history as it holds the title for the most profitable quarter of all time, reports Business insider

Previously, apple deceived us with the impression that seemed to be falling behind, which led to the expectations that Samsung, who wasn’t far behind would gradually keep at the same pace with apple. However it was then we realized, the shift in soft breeze to a gush of strong wind, the sunny day that ravaged by thundering clouds, all of which came from the direction of the Cupertino based company.

The wounded warrior, Samsung’s with a 9 percent dip in its profit, has fallen in the deepest cavern since 2008 in the depression of its profit. However Samsung will not succumb easily under Apple, as on either sides the brave fighter combats Apple’s two assassin iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, that are noted to have biger screens. Other combatants unmatched to Apple like the Chinese phone makers of  Xiaomi, are seizing the opportunity to attack the worn out Samsung.

Analyst Michael Walkley who has no account of the Chinese phone maker Xiaomi in his table, said “since Xiaomi is a private company, we are unable to get their sales and profit metrics. If I could get their profit metrics, then I would certainly include."

Nevertheless, it has been reported that Apple had sold 74.5 million iPhones the previous quarter, breeding over $12.6-$13.5 billion in profits.
