5 MPVs Soon to be Launched in India
#1 Honda Freed
Honda Freed, though may sound new, is currently being sold in other Asian markets like Malaysia under the same name by the Japanese car giant. And ever since, it has been a much awaited model in the Indian market and among the car lovers here.
The Freed is expected to snatch the ‘desi’ hearts with its smart interior and elegant exterior features that the brand is already known for. But this time its design will do away with its much appreciated sliding doors and may be launched with the regular hinged ones.
The Freed, based on a Jazz platform, has an engine with the City’s 1.5-litre iVTEC in a tuned state. Freed may also appear in a diesel version, as the company has reportedly working on it.
The new launch is expected to be held in 2014 and it will be most likely to be priced between
7 and 8 lakh.
