The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is a two-door, two-seater sports car publicly showcased by Lamborghini at the Geneva Motor Show on 28 February 2011. Codenamed as LB834, the Aventador was made to replace the ten-year-old Murcielago. Shortly after the Aventador was unveiled, Lamborghini proclaimed that it had already sold over 12 months of the production vehicles, with deliveries starting in the second half of 2011.
