Bangalore: The countries that have higher global economic ranking are more beneficial for the people to establish and operate a local company. The index that includes ten equally weighted topics such as starting a business, dealing with construction permits, getting electricity, registering property, getting credits, protecting investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contacts and resolving bankruptcy.

So the countries that have high ease of doing business are the ones that establish and enforce regulations to clarify property rights and decrease the cost of resolving disputes, enforce rules to increase the predictability and lucidity of economic activity and provide partners on the basis of contracts with protection against abuse. The main goal is to create efficient regulations that could be used by all the parties etc. Here is the list of 10 countries that have the ease of doing business as shown in the study by World Bank on global economy standings.

Singapore

Singapore is an island country made up of 63 islands and is highly urbanized. The country is home for the most millionaire households than the per capita of any other country. According to the World Bank it is the easiest place in the world to do business. Singapore has third highest GDP PPP per capita in the world and is considered as one of the wealthiest countries. It is a parliamentary republic and the legal system has the foundation in the English common law. It is based on the historically extended entrepreneur spot for trade and has a highly developed market based economy. Singapore ranks as the second freest economy in the world in the 2011 Index of Economic Freedom and is the least corrupted country. It has the 10th largest foreign reserves and the current GDP is $222.7 billion.
