To Realize the Vision of million Jobs creation, he started various projects under Abhinav Bharat Group of Companies with 10 business entities catering to Education, Employment, Healthcare, Sports, Clean Technology, Consulting, Outsourcing, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Citizen support and Financial Services, IT/Software development.

Srinivasarao is currently focusing on raising funds for the following Projects:
Abhinav Bharat Education, the project deals with Life Long Education for all with focus on providing dedicated and reliable education to every Indian in all regional languages in India.

Amulya Wellness – Project deals with Preventive Healthcare Management system across 10000 towns and large villages in India aiming to cover 100 million families

HumanCapital Management – Project deals with facilitation of employment through HR services to over 500 million workforce and Million Plus organizations. The Project helps to organize the unorganized sector. Our country has 43.6 crores people who work in the unorganized sector. The HumanCapital Employement Center is coming up with a personalized service to every human in India where employment and training services are provided at the lowest cost. "This service would be provided at the customer’s doorstep. We plan to launch 10,000 employment centres in every town and city in India which facilitates almost 10 crore people in terms of organized work management and job security" says Rao.
