"This service would be provided at the customer’s doorstep. We plan to launch 10,000 employment centres in every town and city in India which facilitates almost 10 crore people in terms of organized work management and job security" says Rao. Citycare BPO Services – Project deals with providing over 200 plus consumer and business support services with quality service guarantee across 500 cities in India with 2 lakh job creation potential. There is no such service available in India and this is going to be the game changer for entire consumer service segment and reliable source for all major companies to offer services to entire India with one day notice. The project assures all customer service requests to be tracked till the closure with service guarantee at committed price throughout the country. Business Excellence Institute – Provides strategic consulting services to over one million leaders in transforming their organizations to achieve business Excellence. The project focuses on developing million leaders and helping them transform their organization. The project is mainly into management consulting, Research & Publication, Training and Certification services. The company has helped over hundred organizations in Bangalore.
