In India, the wireless technology has consistently witnessed amplification over the years and it represents a rapidly emerging area of growth for providing ubiquitous access to information. In the 90's, the Internet was something new and was in its early stages. Modern wireless technologies got a boost when the government allowed private players to enter India's telecom market in 1994. Sensing the opportunity, an Ahmedabad based company; Sanghvi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) stepped into the market as an Internet Service Provider and slowly migrated to system integration and networking business along with the ISP business. Today the company is serving more than 500 corporate clients and telecom operators with a wide presence in verticals like hospitality, health, telecom and the enterprise business.

Founded in 1996, SIPL is engaged into wireless services extensively and has been successfully creating Radio Frequency infrastructure and wireless services for the corporate, institutions and telecom operators with a motto of making the non feasible, feasible. The company provides end-to-end wireless services and has the most number of wireless links than anyone in Gujarat as a private player; it has installed about 3000 links and is also working on the unlicensed plans of 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz.

Realizing the need to expand its horizon beyond the system integration and network solutions, the company also started products and services like video conferencing, IT based security systems, Fire Alarm System and many other automation technologies. Its video conferencing services helps the remotely located individuals and institutions with multiple offices to broadcast information and having a virtualized conference anywhere, cutting down big travelling expenses of executives. "We are the company who reach out to the remotest of areas even where telecom network and ISP's are not present or Internet cannot reach. We carry the strength of wireless networking as a backbone to address the mission critical problems of the businesses," says Jigar Sanghvi, CEO, SIPL.

Carving a Niche
The networking market is very vast and to remain ahead in the crowd, SIPL makes best efforts to provide some uncommon services along with the common services everybody provides. It goes an extra mile to deliver best services and constantly drive innovation within and outside the organization. It invests a substantial amount of profit on research and development. "The technology plays a vital role in every individual's life. Mobile and Internet have changed the world entirely and we can foresee the limitless demand and new technologies to take place further which may again have an impact on the human life," adds Sanghvi.
