Piyush Gupta's Exeros raises $12M in round B

With a new investment of $12 million in the second round of fund raising, AllianceBernstein Holdings has added Exeros Software as its new client. Exeros’ existing Investors Bay Partners and Globespan Capital Partners have also joined the bandwagon.

Exeros, founded in 2004 in Santa Clara, CA, is present in four business areas: Data Migration, Data Relationship Validation, Data Rationalization and ETL (extract, transformation and loading) Migration.

It raised $7 million in a round during the fourth quarter of 2004. The new funding will be used to expand the sales and engineering teams and add sales coverage in new areas.
