Prior to joining INSZoom, she was the Associate Vice President at Infosys Technologies. Her earlier associations include Aztec Software and Technologies, CyberCash India, VeriFone India, Measurement Systems, and Anco Communications. Anuradha believes that her passion to learn everything and executing work with a focus are the key factors behind her successful career. Her leadership mantra is to look ahead and plan according to the information available. Also, she asserts, “A leader should always motivate the team to have a larger vision for the organization and thus create new leaders.” She also advises the young technology professionals to try to understand the tasks that come their way and develop an overall perspective of the technology.”
Apart from work, Anuradha is passionate about art, culture, food, and traveling. She also loves listening to music. She has done her graduation in electronics engineering from the Mysore University.
