With 20 years of experience, Presswala has had a stint with IL&FS Investsmart (presently, HSBC Investdirect - India). As member of its core team and subsequently as Executive Director on the Board, Presswala was responsible for growing a successful retail franchise. He attributes his successful career to the focused vision of working passionately and also the supportive teams he has had all through his career. Dignity and integrity are the values he holds high in his life.
Loving to work with people, Presswala believes that a leader should be transparent to create a feeling of trust among the team. Also, a leader should share knowledge and create more leaders in the team. He advises the young upcoming techies to hold their values at the forefront and have the willingness to learn.
In his free time, Presswala loves to spend most of the time with his family and he also practices meditation. He completed his graduation from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai and did his CA also in Mumbai.
