ST: What is your job there?
GP: In addition to playing the roles of an engineer, developer, and tester, I also spend time brainstorming with team members, which leads to the birth of new ideas.
ST: What do you like about your job?
GP: The extremely challenging and competitive environment. I also like identifying opportunities and using them to influence the key metrics for our company.
ST: What do you find challenging about your job?
GP: The tight timeline for project deliveries - we launch new features very frequently. Making sure that our site is stable, our users are happy, and their needs are met is what challenges me every day.
