Niloufer Dundh, who recently joined as the Head of Integrated Media at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment has a love for learning and taking challenges in her career. It has kept her ticking in her 15 years of career in media sales across industries such as radio, television, and the digital media.

Expressing her delight on the appointment, Niloufer says, “Given the fact that one in 20 people below the age of 25 is Indian, we need to take a deeper look at what this generation is doing and what drives them. The integration of the web, mobile and gaming will be the new wave in the media and advertising space. I’m looking forward to lots of learning and being a part of exciting times ahead.” In her new role, she will be responsible for monetizing revenue across all Hungama business’ and properties. Prior to joining Hungama, she held the position of Chief Sales Officer at OOH Media. She has also served in Radio Mirchi which gave her access to several clients and agencies in Mumbai.

Dedicated towards her work, Nilufer believes that accepting change in life is the key factor to build a successful career. She also affirms that a business leader should establish ‘symbiotic relationship’ with people to achieve a desired goal in the business. Apart from considering work as an interest, she also enjoys sports, watching T.V. and travelling.
