Telenity to expand R&D in India
Backed by the conviction that the booming telecom sector in India will help it gain traction in the Indian market, U.S. based communications company, Telenity will set up an R&D center in India.
Telenity’s CEO Dilip Singh said that a Research and Development center would be set up either in New Delhi or in Pune by the end of next year to offer application-based services to consumers. “The facility in India would be the company’s second R&D center globally, the first situated in Europe,” he says.
Telenity has plans to expand into Bangalore and Hyderabad after setting up the R&D
center.
FourSoft launches operations in Pune
FourSoft Limited is starting a technology center in Pune. The company will hire about 200-300 employees for the Pune center that is scheduled to commence from August 2006.
