Though a self-proclaimed workaholic, reading and spending time with her kid is what the newly appointed Delivery Manager at Marlabs, Pallavi Rao enjoys in leisure. Starting her career way back in 1994 as a programmer, Pallavi has over 14 years of experience in the banking and insurance domain. During her stints at Can Bank and TCS, Pallavi has been in charge of quality management and project deliverables. Now at Marlabs, Pallavi will take the lead in strategizing, building, and growing Marlabs’ project delivery processes, managing the resources and meeting the customer expectations. She believes that having a team spirit, people management skills, and building a good customer relationship has helped her go places in her career. Her advise to young professionals: Building an extensive and in-depth technical knowledge is the most essential thing.
